Chloe's teaching style is characterized by her warmth and compassion, while solidly grounded in clarity and precision. Informed by her personal journey through depression and trauma, as well as her involvement in social justice activism, Chloe's approach to teaching is not only trauma-informed, but also disability justice-informed. Drawing from various modalities such as Pilates, yoga, and mindfulness practices, she integrates somatic principles of mind-body connection to empower others in cultivating a harmonious relationship between their mind and body. She is passionate about guiding others to re-discover an innate partnership where the body and the mind support and nurture each other, rather than the mind demanding or punishing the body. Moreover, driven by her own experiences with scoliosis, joint hypermobility, and physical injuries, Chloe specializes in creating customized and effective exercise programs that are grounded in Pilates principles and biomechanics to help clients build muscular balance, proprioceptive awareness, and promote joint stability. She's deeply committed to supporting clients to live free from injuries and pain, fostering a sense of liberation and empowerment on an embodied level.
