Choose the class that's right for you

  • Level 1 -This Pilates reformer class is appropriate for anyone who has taken a Pilates reformer class before. Please start here if you are coming off of a long exercise hiatus.
  • Level 1 Mindful Flow with Lolly - The Level 1 Mindful Flow class is grounded in Pilates principles and repertoire while drawing upon other modalities of breathwork, somatic, embodiment, and mindfulness practices. With an emphasis on breath and heighted somatic awareness, this class leads to increased embodied anatomical understanding and alignment. This Pilates reformer class is appropriate for anyone who has taken a Pilates reformer class before and is seeking to deepen their practice with a mindful approach.
  • Level 2-This Pilates reformer class is NOT appropriate for beginners, pregnant women, or anyone with a diagnosed injury, medical condition, or serious body issue. The instructor of this class will assume that you have sound knowledge of and experience in setting springs and executing basic Pilates exercises.
  • Level 2 Mindful Flow with Lolly - The Level 2 Mindful Flow class requires experience with the apparatus and a solid understanding of Pilates principles as well as some experience with basic mindfulness + somatic practices. This class moves at a gentle, but flowing pace and expands upon lessons in conscious breath and embodied anatomy introduced in Level 1 Mindful Flow.
  • Level 2 Jumpboard - The jumpboard class is a Level 2+ fast-paced class. Participants need to have experience with the reformer apparatus and a solid understanding of Pilates principles. The jumpboard class in NOT appropriate for pregnant women or anyone with an injury.
  • Introduction to Pilates-This Pilates reformer class is for anyone who has never taken a Pilates class before, anyone who has never used the reformer apparatus before, or anyone who would like a refresher course on Pilates principles. This class helps you safely use, adjust, and workout on the STOTT PILATES Reformer by guiding you through basic Pilates principles and some essential Reformer exercises, so that you may feel comfortable and confident with the equipment, and get the most out of your subsequent Reformer classes. Take Essential Pilates first and this class is free!
  • Essential Pilates - This foundational level class is perfect for anyone looking to start their Pilates practice, or for those looking to refine their Pilates technique and perfect their form, or even for advanced practitioners on those days when the body is yearning for calm and restorative movements on the Reformer. This class will guide you through essential Pilates Reformer exercises for functional movement, muscular balance, and mobility. First-timers in this class also receive a gift certificate for a future group class.
  • Seniors - This Pilates reformer class is for anyone who is over 65 would like to get a good stretch, work on balance and core strength, and see what all this Pilates fuss is about.
  • Advanced Seniors - This class is for seniors who have taken the entry level seniors class regularly.
