Gold Line Pilates is more than a fitness studio ... it's a community. It's a safe inclusive space absent of judgment and criticism and intimidation, and over-flowing with support and positivity and approachability.
Group classes run the full range from total newbie to Pilates aficiando, from gym rat to couch potato, from a restorative flow to a hard core pace. No matter your age, fitness level, or body condition, Gold Line Pilates has a class that will suit your needs and challenge you to be your best.
All group classes are held to 6 maximum participants to ensure plenty of attention to proper form and are led by an experienced instructor. Each participant gets their own equipment station outfitted with a Pilates reformer with attached tower, a stability chair, and other accessories. Group classes are approximately 50 minutes long, offered according to a standing schedule, and require a reservation.

Choose the class that's right for you
- Level 1 -This Pilates reformer class is appropriate for anyone who has taken a Pilates reformer class before. Please start here if you are coming off of a long exercise hiatus.
- Level 1 Restorative Flow - The Level 1 Restorative Flow class is a combination stretch and Pilates class with an emphasis on Pilates breathing, proper core engagement, and spinal alignment.
- Level 2 - This Pilates reformer class is NOT appropriate for beginners, pregnant women, or anyone with a diagnosed injury, medical condition, or serious body issue. The instructor of this class will assume that you have sound knowledge of and experience in setting springs and executing basic Pilates exercises.
- Level 2 Flow - The Level 2 Flow class is a Level 2+ fast-paced Pilates reformer class that includes music. This class requires experience with the apparatus and a solid understanding of Pilates principles.
- Level 2 Jumpboard - The jumpboard class is a Level 2+ fast-paced class. Participants need to have experience with the reformer apparatus and a solid understanding of Pilates principles. The jumpboard class in NOT appropriate for pregnant women or anyone with an injury.
- Introduction to Pilates - This Pilates reformer class is for anyone who has never taken a Pilates class before, anyone who has never used the reformer apparatus before, or anyone who would like a refresher course on Pilates principles.
- Seniors - This Pilates reformer class is for anyone who is over 65 would like to get a good stretch, work on balance and core strength, and see what all this Pilates fuss is about. Everyone in this class must be at least 10 days out from their second vaccination shot.
