This class schedule represents an outline of the group classes available at both our Pasadena and South Pasadena locations. An appointment is required to reserve your spot for group classes and private sessions. If a class does not appear on the online booking system, the class is fully booked. The online booking system does NOT allow same-day reservations. If you are interested in a same-day reservation, please send us a text message to (626) 360-5999 to inquire about availability. This class schedule does not include availability of private sessions.
