Gold Line Pilates collects personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.
In order to provide all clients with a safe online experience we use an electronic billing system called Authorize.net, which integrates with Acuity Software (the online booking system used by Gold Line Pilates). Authorize.net works within the Acuity interface and ensures safe transfer and storage. The online booking system stores your mobile telephone number and email address and will send alerts and reminders to both. Any client can opt-out of Acuity's automatic alerts and reminders by calling the studio at (626) 360-5999 or by sending us an email at pilates@goldlinepilates.com.
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when:
(1) permitted or required by law; or,
(2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or
unauthorized transactions; or,
